Among the other constituents of the index, Oil India Ltd increased 2.56% and Indian Oil Corporation Ltd added 2.33% on the day. The S&P BSE Oil&Gas index went down 14.94 % over last one year compared to the 5.15% surge in benchmark SENSEX.
