Under ESOP
Hindustan Unilever announced that the Committee of the Board at its meeting held on 21 November 2014 has allotted 49,626 equity shares of Re 1 each under ESOP.The new shares rank pari passu in all respects with the existing capital.
Consequent to the above allotment, the paid up capital of the Company has increased to 216,31,99,721 shares & the issued capital has increased to 221,63,18,697 shares.
