Housing Development Finance Corporation files DRHP for IPO of HDFC AMC
Housing Development Finance Corporation has on 15 March 2018 has filed a draft red herring prospectus with SEBI for a public offer of up to 2,54,57,555 equity shares of Rs 5 each of HDFC AMC, for cash through an offer for sale of 85,92,970 equity shares by the Corporation and 1,68,64,585 equity shares by Standard Life Investment.
