Housing Development Finance Corporation announced that pursuant to the approval of the Board of Directors of the Corporation at its meetings held on 31 August 2016 the Corporation is contemplating, subject to market conditions, undertaking the third issuance of Rupee Denominated Bonds to overseas investors, indicative details of which are given hereunder:(a) Issue Size: up to Rs 1000 crore.
(b) Issue opening date: 01 September 2016.
(c) Issue closing/pricing date: 02 September 2016.
(d) Listing : London Stock Exchange.
