IIFL Holdings announced that Nilesh Vikamsey an Independent Director of the Company and its subsidiaries i.e. India Infoline Finance, India Infoline, IIIFL Wealth Management & India Infoline Realty has tendered his resignation from the Boards of India Infoline Finance and India Infoline due to his appointment as Part - Time Chairman of The Federal Bank. The same has been noted by the Boards of respective subsidiaries.Nitesh Vikamsey continues on the Boards of the Company and the other subsidiaries.
