IndoStar Capital Finance allots 20,000 equity shares under ESOP
IndoStar Capital Finance has allotted 20,000 (Twenty Thousand)
equity shares of the Company of face value of Rs 10/- (Rupees Ten only) each pursuant to exercise of
20,000 stock options under IndoStar ESOP Plan 2016.
The paid-up equity share capital of the Company has accordingly increased from Rs 1,23,38,78,290/- to Rs 1,23,40,78,290/-.
