With effect from 31 March 2018

Indraprastha Medical Corporation announced that Dr. B. Venkataraman (DIN: 00040114) and Prof. V. N. Rajasekharan Pillai (DIN: 02415889) have completed their terms of appointment as Independent Directors of the Company, on 31 March, 2018, and hence, have retired as Independent Directors from the Board of Directors of the Company effective from the close of the business hours on 31 March, 2018.
