Innoventive Venture announces cessation of Managing Director

With effect from 31 October 2014

Innoventive Venture announced that the Board of Directors of the Company has decided to discontinue the services of O K Balraj as Managing Director w.e.f. 31 October 2014.

O K Balraj ceased to be the Managing Director w.e.f. 31 October 2014 but continues to be a Director of the Company.
