Innoventive Venture announced that the Board of Directors of the Company has decided to discontinue the services of O K Balraj as Managing Director w.e.f. 31 October 2014.O K Balraj ceased to be the Managing Director w.e.f. 31 October 2014 but continues to be a Director of the Company.
