Jammu and Kashmir Bank announces change in directorate

Jammu and Kashmir Bank has appointed Vikram Gujral (DIN: 03637222) and Sonam Wangchuk (DIN: 07662456) as Directors of the Bank on 26 September 2019. The Bank announced the cessation of Mohammad Ashraf Mir (DIN: 07586792), Dr. Pronab Sen (DIN: 07831725), Dr. Sanjiv Agarwal (DIN: 00110392), Sunil Chandiramani (DIN: 00524035) and Rahul Bansal (DIN: 01216833) with effect from 26 September 2019 on completion of their term.
