Jindal Poly Films announced that Hon'ble Allahabad High court has sanctioned Scheme of Arrangement among Jindal Photo and Jindal Poly Films and their respective shareholders.

Further the Company has informed that, the Scheme is now subject to Sanction of Bombay High Court.
