Jindal Worldwide announces change in company secretary & compliance officer

With effect from 31 May 2015

Jindal Worldwide announced that Neha Soni has ceased to be the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. 31 May 2015 due to her personal reasons.

Further the Company has informed that, Ankita Parmar has been appointed as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. 01 June 2015.
