JK Tyre & Industries standalone net profit declines 32.77% in the March 2017 quarter

Sales rise 10.26% to Rs 1614.95 crore

Net profit of JK Tyre & Industries declined 32.77% to Rs 71.01 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 105.63 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016. Sales rose 10.26% to Rs 1614.95 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 1464.70 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016.

For the full year,net profit declined 21.76% to Rs 332.13 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 424.49 crore during the previous year ended March 2016. Sales rose 2.65% to Rs 5910.52 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 5758.01 crore during the previous year ended March 2016.
