JSW Steel consolidated net profit rises 185.33% in the March 2018 quarter

Sales rise 22.96% to Rs 20027.00 crore

Net profit of JSW Steel rose 185.33% to Rs 2879.00 crore in the quarter ended March 2018 as against Rs 1009.00 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2017. Sales rose 22.96% to Rs 20027.00 crore in the quarter ended March 2018 as against Rs 16287.00 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2017.

For the full year,net profit rose 76.32% to Rs 6113.00 crore in the year ended March 2018 as against Rs 3467.00 crore during the previous year ended March 2017. Sales rose 25.97% to Rs 68813.00 crore in the year ended March 2018 as against Rs 54628.00 crore during the previous year ended March 2017.
