JTEKT India standalone net profit rises 53.01% in the March 2018 quarter

Sales decline 1.41% to Rs 323.48 crore

Net profit of JTEKT India rose 53.01% to Rs 14.00 crore in the quarter ended March 2018 as against Rs 9.15 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2017. Sales declined 1.41% to Rs 323.48 crore in the quarter ended March 2018 as against Rs 328.10 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2017.

For the full year,net profit rose 29.29% to Rs 32.44 crore in the year ended March 2018 as against Rs 25.09 crore during the previous year ended March 2017. Sales rose 4.09% to Rs 1212.25 crore in the year ended March 2018 as against Rs 1164.60 crore during the previous year ended March 2017.
