Kanoria Chemicals & Industries announces dividend payment date

Dividend to be paid on or after 06 September 2014

Kanoria Chemicals & Industries announced that subject to the approval of the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 05 September 2014, the dividend on Equity Shares of the Company for the year 2013-14 will be paid on or after 06 September 2014. The dividend will be paid through HDFC Bank, Central Plaza, 2/6, Sarat Bose Road, Kolkata 700020, and shall be payable at par at all the clearing branches of the said Bank.
