KMG Milk Food announced the following change in directorate -

Mahesh Chandra Saxena (DIN: 05131810), Independent Director of the Company, has ceased from the directorship due to his sad demise on 8 May, 2019.

Ravi Jaisalmeria (DIN: 03604301), has been appointed as the Director of the Company w.e.f. 06 June, 2019.

Sanjiv Sharan (DIN: 07340257), has been appointed as an Independent Director of the Company w.e.f. 06 June 2019.
