Kovai Medical Center & Hospital announces change in directorate

With effect from 25 September 2015

Kovai Medical Center & Hospital announced that the 29th Annual General Meeting of the Company was held on 25 September 2015 and the shareholders approved the re-appointment of Dr. Thavamani Devi Palaniswami as Joint Managing Director of the Company for a period of five years with effect from 29 September 2015. Further the shareholders approved the appointment of Dr. Arun N Palaniswami as Whole Time Director of the Company for a period of five years with effect from 25 September 2015.
