L&T Finance Holdings to consider private placement of preference shares

The Committee of Directors of L&T Finance Holdings will meet on 08 October 2018 to approves raising funds through issue of cumulative compulsorily redeemable non-convertible preference shares aggregating Rs 250 crore on a private placement basis and determine the issue price for the proposed issue.
