Lakshmi Energy & Foods announces resignation of directors

With effect from 01 April 2015

Lakshmi Energy & Foods announced that Kanwaljit Singh Jolly has tendered his resignation as Director from the Board of Directors of the Company due to his health problems. His resignation has been accepted by the Board (vide Board Resolution dated 06 April 2015) with effect from 01 April 2015.
