Larsen & Toubro allots equity shares

Under ESOS

Larsen & Toubro announced that the Company has allotted 5,52,742 (Five Lakh Fifty Two Thousand Seven Hundred Forty Two) shares on 30 October 2015 to those grantees who had exercised their options under the Company's Employee Stock Ownership / Option Schemes.

The said shares will rank pari-passu with the existing shares of the Company in all respects.
