Larsen & Toubro Infotech allots 1.93 lakh equity shares

Larsen & Toubro Infotech has allotted 193,870 equity shares of face value of Re. 1/- each under the Employee Stock Option Schemes of the Company, on 13 September 2019.The said equity shares will rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respects.
