Larsen & Toubro Infotech allots 5.49 lakh equity shares

Larsen & Toubro Infotech has allotted 549,375 equity shares of face value of Re. 1/- each under the various Employee Stock Option Schemes of the Company, on 16 July 2018.The said equity shares will rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respects.
