Larsen & Toubro provides update on proposed IPO of L&T Infotech

Offer to open on 11 July 2016

Larsen & Toubro announced that that the Red Herring Prospectus filed by L&T Infotech with the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Mumbai, has been approved on 28 June 2016.

The Offer will be open for subscription to public on Monday, 11 July 2016 and shall close on Wednesday, 13 July 2016.
