Lesha Industries gets High Court approval for scheme of arrangement

Order filed with RoC on 19 November 2014

Lesha Industries announced that The Scheme of Arrangement in Nature of Demerger between Lesha Industries and ECS Biztech has been sanctioned by the Hon'ble High Court of Gujarat.

The Company has filed the Certified Copy of Order in the prescribed Form INC - 28 with the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat on 19 November 2014.
