Ludlow Jute & Specialities standalone net profit declines 75.71% in the March 2016 quarter

Sales rise 24.49% to Rs 103.71 crore

Net profit of Ludlow Jute & Specialities declined 75.71% to Rs 0.60 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 2.47 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015. Sales rose 24.49% to Rs 103.71 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 83.31 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015.

For the full year,net profit reported to Rs 5.64 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against net loss of Rs 4.35 crore during the previous year ended March 2015. Sales rose 52.73% to Rs 351.58 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 230.20 crore during the previous year ended March 2015.
