Lumax Auto Technologies announced that the company on 06 March 2014 has signed a joint venture agreement (JV) with Mannoh Industrial Co., Japan by forming a new joint venture company, Lumax Mannoh Allied Technologies to design and manufacture complete gear shift lever systems for manual, automatic, AMT & CVT transmissions in India.
