Mahindra Lifespace Developers consolidated net profit rises 145.27% in the March 2018 quarter

Sales decline 50.52% to Rs 161.80 crore

Net profit of Mahindra Lifespace Developers rose 145.27% to Rs 47.73 crore in the quarter ended March 2018 as against Rs 19.46 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2017. Sales declined 50.52% to Rs 161.80 crore in the quarter ended March 2018 as against Rs 327.02 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2017.

For the full year,net profit declined 2.39% to Rs 103.36 crore in the year ended March 2018 as against Rs 105.89 crore during the previous year ended March 2017. Sales declined 25.71% to Rs 566.19 crore in the year ended March 2018 as against Rs 762.15 crore during the previous year ended March 2017.
