Mawana Sugars announces resignation of company secretary

With effect from 10 March 2015

Mawana Sugars announced that Ritesh Jain who was appointed as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. 06 January 2015 in terms of Companies Act, 2013 and Clause 47 of the Listing Agreement has resigned from the services of the Company w.e.f. 10 March 2015.
