For the Audited full year,net profit declined 9.28% to Rs 30.31 crore in the year ended March 2013 as against Rs 33.41 crore during the previous year ended March 2012. Sales declined 4.36% to Rs 1044.75 crore in the year ended March 2013 as against Rs 1092.39 crore during the previous year ended March 2012.
