Minda Industries has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Rinder India (RIPL), from Rinder Industrial, Spain.RIPL is a leading automotive lighting manufacturer for two-wheelers and commercial vehicles with manufacturing facilities in Pune (Chakan and Pimpri) and at Bahadurgarh in Haryana.
In Addition to above, Global Mazinkert, S.L. Spain, wholly owned subsidiary of Minda Industries, has also signed a definitive agreement to acquire 100% equity shares Light & Systems Technical Center, S.L. Spain and 50% equity shares of Rinder Riduco, S.A.S. Columbia from Corporation Rinder Spain.
