Mindtree receives upgrade in LT issuer rating

Mindtree announced that India Ratings and Research has upgraded Mindtree's Long- Term Issuer Rating to 'IND AAA' from 'IND AA+'. The Outlook is Stable.

The instrument-wise rating actions are as follows:

Fund-based working capital limit - IND A1+ (affirmed)
Non fund based limits - IND A1+ (assigned)
