Board of Bal Pharma allots 6.50 lakh equity shares to promoter
At meeting held on 17 March 2021
The Board of Bal Pharma has allotted 6.50 lakh equity shares on preferential basis to promoter.With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital of the Company has risen to Rs.14,82,23,720/- divided into 1,48,22,372 equity shares of Rs.10 each.
