Motherson Sumi Systems consolidated net profit rises 289.15% in the March 2021 quarter

Sales rise 17.89% to Rs 16836.09 crore

Net profit of Motherson Sumi Systems rose 289.15% to Rs 713.62 crore in the quarter ended March 2021 as against Rs 183.38 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2020. Sales rose 17.89% to Rs 16836.09 crore in the quarter ended March 2021 as against Rs 14281.56 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2020.

For the full year,net profit declined 11.19% to Rs 1039.13 crore in the year ended March 2021 as against Rs 1170.04 crore during the previous year ended March 2020. Sales declined 5.52% to Rs 56951.31 crore in the year ended March 2021 as against Rs 60278.35 crore during the previous year ended March 2020.
