NIIT Technologies allots 8000 equity shares

Under ESOP

NIIT Technologies has allotted 8,000 equity shares of face value of Rs.10/- each in accordance with the terms of ESOP 2005, on 22 September 2017. Consequent to the said allotment, the paid up share capital of the Company has gone up to 61,432,524 equity shares of face value of Rs.10/- each aggregating to Rs.614,325,240/-
