Oil & Natural Gas Corpn announced that:N. K. Sinha, relinquished the office of Company Secretary, Oil and Natural Gas Corporation on his superannuation, on attaining the age of retirement at the close of working hours on 30 June 2015.
The Board of Directors of the Company have appointed the undersigned as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from 01 July 2015.
