Oil & Natural Gas Corporation announces change in directorate

With effect from 20 November 2015

Oil & Natural Gas Corpn announced that Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas, Govt of India vide letter dated 20 November 2015 has appointed Ajai Malhotra Ex-IFS, Gurgaon, Prof. Shireesh Balwant Kedare, Professor, IIT, Bombay and K. M. Padmanabhan, Practicing Chartered Accountant, Chennai as Non-Official Part-Time Directors on the Board of Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) for a period of three years from the date of the notification i.e. 20 November 2015 or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

The Board of Directors have approved the appointment of Ajai Malhotra, Prof. Shireesh Balwant Kedare and K. M. Padmanabhan as Additional Directors on the Board of ONGC with effect from 20 November 2015.
