Through private placement of ATI Bonds
Oriental Bank of Commerce announced that the Bank intends to raise additional Tier 1 capital through Private Placement of ATI Bonds for Rs. 500 crore with an option to retain oversubscription of upto Rs. 500 crore.The Bonds have been rated "ICRA AA- (Hyb)" with Stable Outlook & CARE AA- by ICRA & CARE respectively.
