Oscar Investments announces change in company secretary

With effect from 01 November 2014

Oscar Investments announced that :

1. Hariom Rastogi, has been appointed as the Company Secretary of the Company with effect from 01 November 2014.

2. Pankaj Kumar Singh, resigned from the post of the Company Secretary of the Company as at the close of business on 31 October 2014.

Further, as required under Clause 47(a) of the Listing Agreement, Hariom Rastogi, Company Secretary, has been appointed as the Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from 01 November 2014, for the purposes of complying with all the requirements of the, Listing Agreements with Stock Exchanges, Companies Act, 2013 and other allied statutory/regulatory requirements.
