Outcome of board meeting of Bhageria Dye-Chem

Bhageria Dye-Chem announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 16 May 2015, inter alia, has transacted the following;

1. Change of Name of the Company from Bhageria Dye-Chem to Bhageria Industries subject to requisite approvals and compliances.

2. Diversification in the business of renewable power generation.

3. Adoption of New Set of articles of Association of the Company as per provisions of the Companies Act, 2013.

4. Adoption of Various policies under the companies Act 2013, and Listing Agreement.
