Outcome of board meeting of BNK Capital Markets

BNK Capital Markets announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 January 2015, inter alia, has approved the following:

1. The Board appointed Ajit Khandelwal as Chairman of the Board.

2. Heena Gorsia is appointed as an Additional (Independent) Director of the Company.

3. Ankit Khandelwal is appointed as an Additional Director of the Company.

4. R. N. Mishra is appointed as Chief Financial Officer of the Company. R. N. Mishra will be designated as CFO & Compliance Officer.
