Outcome of board meeting of Bothra Metals & Alloys

At meeting held on 10 January 2015

Bothra Metals & Alloys announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 10 January 2015, has appointed Kuldeep Bothra to act as the Company Secretary as well as Compliance officer of the Company (w.e.f. 17 January 2015) and simultaneously accepted resignation of Abhishek Pareek as C.F.O. and relieved him of his duties (w.e.f. 13 January 2015).
