Brahmanand Himghar announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 05 September 2015, inter alia, has transacted the following business:

1. Manoj Kumar Agarwal has been designated as the Managing Director of the Company with effect from 05 September 2015.

2. Shilpi Ghosh has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from 05 September 2015.

3. The Registered office Address of the Company has been shifted from Vill-Jharia, P.O. Amlasuli, P.S. Goaltore, dist-Paschim Medinipore, West Bengal-721157, to Village - Chekuasole, P.O. - Jogerdanga, P.S. - Goaltore, Paschim Medinipur, West Bengal-721121.

 

4. The Board accept the resignation of Rajendra Kumar Agrawal as Managing Director of the Company with effect from 05 September 2015.
