Outcome of board meeting of Coromandel International

Coromandel International announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 26 September 2015, has accepted the resignation of S Govindarajan as the "Manager" of the Company under the Companies Act 2013, with effect from close of work on 30 September 2015.
