Outcome of board meeting of Dera Paints & Chemicals

Dera Paints & Chemicals announced that the Board of Directors have approved allotment of 18,39,930 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each at par to Solfic Infotech at their meeting held on 10 October 2015 as authorized by special resolution passed by the members at 25th Annual General Meeting held on 30 September 2015.
