Dhampure Specialty Sugars announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 March 2015, has approved and taken on record the following agenda Items:

1. To appoint M/s. Anjani Kumar & Associate, Practicing Company Secretary, as its Secretarial Auditor for the Financial year 2014-15;

2. To appoint Praveen Singh as an Additional Director of the Company who shall hold office up to the date of the next annual general meeting.
