Outcome of board meeting of Everest Kanto Cylinder

Held on 21 February 2015

Everest Kanto Cylinder announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 21 February 2015, decided the following matters :

1. Cancellation of Preferential Issue of Warrants that was approved at the Board Meeting held on 10 February 2015 and

2. Cancellation of the Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the Company which was proposed to be held on 14 March 2015 to appoint Krishen Dev as an Independent Director of the Company by way of Postal Ballot.
