Outcome of board meeting of Hatsun Agro Product

Hatsun Agro Product announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 21 January 2016, inter alia, has approved the following:

- Approved availing of loan facility through Commercial Paper Programme with the existing bankers of the Company not exceeding Rs 150 crore.
