Outcome of board meeting of Hella India Lighting

Hella India Lighting announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 20 January 2015, inter alia, has considered, noted and approved the increase in the limit of E-Hundi facility from HDFC Bank from 25 million to 100 million within the purview of Board resolution.
