Outcome of board meeting of Indiabulls Power

Indiabulls Power announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 15 September 2014, decided to seek the approval of the shareholders of the Company through a Postal Ballot pursuant to Section 110 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with the Companies (Management and Administration Rules) 2014, for a change in the name of the Company from Indiabulls Power (the present name) to Rattanlndia Power.
