Indo-Asian Food & Commodities announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 15 December 2014, has transacted the following:

1. Kota Srinivas resigned as Company Secretary of the Company.

2. G. Prabhakar Setti resigned as Chief Financial officer of the Company and change in designation as Non - Executive Director of the Company.

3. K. Sridevi resigned as Director of the Company.

4. Resignation of M/s. Sreedhar Mohan & Associates as Internal Auditors of the Company.
